I was buying new blinds to replace ones I purchased about 12 years ago from this same store. Same great service I received 12 years ago. Staff knew products well and was able to guide me through the options available. Definitely will buy here again.
Overall, great in store service! I did have a problem when we tried to install, the chain was not attached, had a heck of a time trying to pry the end piece of to feed the chain through.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and prompt with my order. Also found the selections superb. We had a very positive experience and now all our windows are covered by Blinds to Go.
The ladies at the Windsor location are great. I have bought blinds from here years ago and I came back, I like the selection. Thank you
