One of my shades is not closing all the way. I will need to make a trip to the store which I’m not happy about. We also were short one bracket which required a trip back to the store.

Stefanie in the store was very helpful and answered all our questions. Mike, the installer was very professional. He called as promised. Made an appointment and was there on time. He installed all the blinds and left our house looking beautiful. They are why we have used BTG for all of the window coverings in our house. Thanks a bunch.
