I’ve love the quality and look of the blinds I’ve purchased over the years.. I needed repairs on some of my older blinds and the heart was changed. Four stars and not 5 because in one case the update required different mounting hooks but they weren’t included so I had to make a second trip to the store for them. In a second instance, my blind color was discontinued and the replacement was an unattractive non-matching “best option” color rather than the better option of offering me a new blind!

I did an entire rental apartment, gives a updated classic look.

Recently went to the North Attleboro , MA. Both associates were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained in explicit detail. Will definitely return to this store to place additional orders if needed
