This managerial position will ensure that network systems and processes align to business and user needs. The position manages the comprehensive System Development Life Cycle process including implementation and some financial aspects of projects that improve and standardize the technology infrastructure and/or systems and applications. This role will manage a team of 3-5 people located in New Jersey and Montreal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with management to improve current network processes & establish vision for future roadmap
• Assess new technologies and determine how they can best be utilized by the organization
• Ensure team is motivated, cross trained with clear development and succession plans
• Document current and future network practices
• Manage functional requirements for projects assigned as well as conceptualizing and identifying solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy and direction
• o Oversee the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project status. Ensure that systems and services support the daily business operations/needs
• Manage various vendors to accomplish the above duties

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in technology
• Stable and progressive job experience with direct responsibilities for information security, network administration, business continuity along with technical experiences listed below
• Minimum of 2-3 years managing a team
• Experience working as a hands on manager who leads by example
