Essential Functions:
- Installation of new software in Windows environments.
- Maintain fail over and Disaster Recovery environments.
- Troubleshoot problems related to the operating system, application and networking infrastructures.
- Work with vendors to solve networking, telecommunication and computer problems.
- Report management to include printing, bursting, and delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be able to support during non-business hours. (nights, mornings and weekends). Remote access required.
- Support Finance, Manufacturing, eCommerce and helpdesk teams.
- Rotating weekend support.
Position Requirements:
- Good communication skills, strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise and plan.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Qualified applicants must have experience or Certification in MS Windows.
- Cisco routers switches and VOIP telephony is plus.
- Industry/Vendor Certifications is plus.
Additional Information:
- Company will be investing 6 to 9 months in business training.
- Travel. Approx. 10%
